  Tiga hal yang nggak akan pernah cukup untuk dibeli; pakaian, sepatu, dan lipstik. Selalu berputar di tiga hal itu. Apalagi sekarang banyak banget lipstik yang beredar di dunia kecantikan dari yang packagingnya klasik sampai yang super imut.

  Harganya pun bermacam - macam dari yang murah sampai yang mahal. Kalau mengikuti nafsu mah nggak bakal cukup gaji sebulan hahaha. Kali ini, aku mau review salah satu lipstik yang harganya terjangkau dan warnanya ngegemesin, yaitu LA Girl.

Sunday Faces #1

I've been wanting to make a permanent article in my blog but i'm confused and this "what-this-article-about?" question always spinning around my head. Suddenly, when i woke up this morning i've got an idea and it's like there's a light bulb appears beside my head. Finally i found what this article about, wohoo!

  The new permanent article named "Sunday Faces". What its all about? Well, sunday is weekend and usually people go hanging out to another place on this day, either am i. So this article fill with (many) pictures of me, what makeup products that i use with its photo, and mini reviews. Overall, this articles are same with kind of FOTD posts.

  On the first 'Sunday Faces' post today, i would say it's natural but blushing look. I'm just going to restaurant with my father and swag brothers which usually sunday is our sushi time.

Face : On my face, i applied Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser With SPF 20 in Sand. i went for something with light coverage to evens out my skintone. After that, i use L.A. Girl Pro Concealer HD in Pure Beige. This one's quite a steal as a concealer because it's cheap but can hide my bluish dark circles. I sprayed all over my face with Urban Decay All Nighter spray and after waiting for five minutes, i use Ultima II Hydrating Powder in Beige to set my face makeup.

  Eyes : I rarely use eyeshadow and this time i just line my upperline with Rimmel Scandaleyes Pencil Liner in Brown. It's a beautiful incandescent brown pencil liner and suitable to use daily. As a mascara hoarder, i can't skip L'oreal Voluminous Mascara in Carbon Black. This one's not my holy grail but just great to gives volume to my lashes. By the way, sorry for my unruly eyebrows. I promise i will trim it next wednesday.

  Lips : I'm a huge fan of lip products and this Sunday i just applied NYX Lip Cream in Antwerp. Many bloggers claims it's a coral color but it turns to be pink on me. I don't know, but i still like it.

Tips : How To Cover Extremely Dark Circles

I was so happy because my order already came. Yippiee! Sebetulnya orderanku udah dateng minggu lalu, hari selasa tepatnya. Salah satu isinya adalah concealer warna orange. Orange? Hmm biasanya kita sering liat concealer warna hijau atau pink karena hijau berfungsi untuk menutupi redness atau jerawat yang merah dan pink berfungsi untuk brightener atau pencerah. Sedangkan orange ternyata bertujuan untuk menetralkan warna hitam pada lingkaran mata.

Dark circles atau lingkaran mata sendiri adalah masalah yang dimiliki hampir semua orang. Bedanya, ada yang dark circles ringan dan ada yang berat seperti aku. Kalau yang ringan mungkin cukup ditutup dengan foundation, tapi kalau yang berat seperti aku agak susah ditutupi dengan concealer biasa.

Kali ini aku akan ngasih tips buat yang punya dark circles cukup parah seperti aku. So, let's check it out!

Tiga produk diatas adalah andalanku saat ini buat nutupin dark circles. Well, memang nggak sempurna terlihat seperti benar - benar tidak ada dark circles tapi at least dark circles nya tertutup dan tidak terlihat ashy. Produk yang aku pakai adalah NYX Concealer in Jar 'Orange', L.A. Girl Pro HD Concealer, dan YSL touche Eclat no. 1.

Pertama, aku apply concealer orange. Yes ladies, this one is thing that i talked about. Concealer orange ternyata bertujuan untuk menetralkan warna hitam pada lingkaran mata. Orange ditujukan untuk most of Asian or people with yellow undertones sedangkan kuning untuk orang yang punya pink undertones.

First, i took a tiny amount of this concealer and dab it around my eyes. Don't use it too much karena akan terlihat seperti kebakaran.

Kedua, aku apply LA Girl Pro HD Concealer. Kamu bisa pakai semua merk concealer. Alasan kenapa aku memilih concealer ini adalah harganya yang cukup terjangkau yaitu $2.5 (i bought it through online shop for Rp.39.000) dan reviewnya yang cukup bagus. For you who has a light dark circles, this product is enough to cover.

Last, i apply YSL Touche Eclat no. 1 for finishing. Dupe from this product is Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer in Brightener. This one has a pink colour jadinya kalau pakai ini buat finishing mata terlihat lebih segar kalau difoto.
